At Gambatte, we celebrate the encounter between the Japanese soul and the Peruvian heart. We are a contemporary Nikkei kitchen that combines technique, respect for the product, and a creative perspective on the flavors of Peru.
We were born in Cusco, a land of ancient traditions, with the desire to honor effort, perseverance, and passion — values inspired by the Japanese word “Gambatte”, which means “do your best” or “give it your all.”
In every dish, we seek balance and emotion — each bite tells a story of encounter and fusion.
